This weeks juice is an interesting one. Aptly named Green Trees Juice, due to the new ingredient I’ve added - Broccoli.
For those of you who are new to juicing it probably sounds odd to add Broccoli, however it’s packed with Vitamins C, B2, B5, B6 and E. As well as Folate* and Dietary Fibre.
Now for the recipe, you will need the following to make approximately 1 litre of juice;
6 Florets of Broccoli
4 sticks of Celery
4 Green Apples
½ inch Ginger
Whizz these through your juicer and see how good this is! You can leave out the Broccoli if you wish or put less in - it really depends on your taste.
