After my experience of Goof Proof, I thought I'd bring you my thoughts on another from the new Benefit Brow Collection. To start with let's say if you like clear brow gel then go and buy this magazine, you're basically getting 3.5ml of Benefit goodness for a mere £3.99 - that's right! You are getting half the product for less than half the price of the 7ml full size (£18.50).
I've not used brow gel for some time now, I've been using Benefits Gimme Brow which I absolutely love. Ready, Set, Brow! has a fabulously shaped brush which makes application extremely simple. The brush reminds me a little of the Roller Lash Mascara wand, yet this one is flat so it helps shape and put the brow hair in place. The texture is non-sticky and although it holds the hairs in place they don't feel crunchy or hard. I have one problem with Ready, Set, Brow! and that is the scent. I found it rather overpowering and somewhat off putting on application; the scent does die down once dry. Overall I'm impressed however I'm interested to know how it stands up against a drugstore brow gel.....maybe something I'll test and report back :)
